Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. Once your items have shipped you will receive a tracking email. All item are shipped via USPS, if you have any questions or concerns regarding tracking please call USPS at 1-800-275-8777.

Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges. In the event the order you received is incorrect please contact customer service by phone at 410-660-2290 or email at email@example.com
We only accept website payments through Paypal. You do NOT need to have a Paypal account to checkout. Simply click “Checkout As Guest” and enter your credit/debit card information.
For pick up/drop up we accept Cash, Cash App and Zelle.
Pick Ups & Drop Offs
Generally, we only keep body wave hair on hand, if you would like to pick up another texture please contact us and allow 3 business days for it to be available at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please text 410-660-2290 for pick up/ drop off inquiries. There is a $20 drop off fee for the Baltimore area and a $25 fee for DMV (PG County, DC, North VA).
